Abstract :
ABSTRAK\r\nTujuan penelitian mengetahui teknis pemeliharaan ternak itik petelur di Kelurahan Guntung Manggis, Mengetahui besarbiaya,penerimaan, pendapatan, keuntungan, kelayakan usaha dan BEP ternak itik serta mengetahui permasalahan yang dihadapi peternak dalam beternak itik petelur di Kelurahan Guntung Manggis.Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis dengan metode deskriptif, kualitatif dan kuantitatif sehingga memperolehgambaran yang diinginkan terkait analisa usaha pemeliharaan ternak itik. Penelitian dilakukan di Kelurahan Guntung Manggis Kecamatan Landasan Ulin, Kota Banjarbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik pemeliharaan itik petelur di Kelurahan Guntung Manggis telah dilaksanakan secara semi intensif dan intensif. Perhitungan biaya, penerimaan, dan keuntungan menunjukkan nilai positif. Nilai Return Cost Ratio (R/C)> 1 yang berarti usaha layak secara ekonomis. Selain itu, perhitungan Break Even Point (BEP) menunjukkan bahwa produksi dan harga jual telur sudah melampaui titik impas, sehingga usaha tidak hanya bertahan tetapi juga memberikan profit.Permasalahan yang Dihadapi Peternak meliputi: fluktuasi harga pakan dan ketergantungan pada pakan pabrikan, keterbatasan modal dan sulitnya akses pembiayaan, kurangnya ketersediaan bibit unggul secara lokal, risiko serangan penyakit akibat belum optimalnya vaksinasi, serta lemahnya akses pasar yang membuat peternak sangat bergantung pada pengepul dan menghadapi ketidakstabilan harga jual.\r\nKata Kunci :Itik Petelur; Analisa Usaha; Banjarbaru\r\n\r\n\r\nABSTRACT\r\nThe purpose of this study is to determine the technical aspects of raising laying ducks in Guntung Manggis Village, to determine the costs, revenues, income, profits, business feasibility and BEP of ducks, and to determine the problems faced by farmers in raising laying ducks in Guntung Manggis Village. The research method uses descriptive, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to obtain the desired picture related to the analysis of duck farming businesses. The study was conducted in Guntung Manggis Village, Landasan Ulin District, Banjarbaru City. The results of the study showed that the techniques for raising laying ducks in Guntung Manggis Village have been implemented semi-intensively and intensively. Calculation of costs, revenues, and profits showed positive values. The Return Cost Ratio (R/C) value> 1, which means that the business is economically feasible. In addition, the calculation of the Break Even Point (BEP) shows that the production and selling price of eggs have exceeded the break-even point, so that the business not only survives but also provides profit. Problems faced by farmers include: fluctuations in feed prices and dependence on manufactured feed, limited capital and difficulty in accessing financing, lack of availability of superior seeds locally, risk of disease attacks due to suboptimal vaccination, and weak market access that makes farmers very dependent on collectors and face unstable selling prices.\r\nKeywords: Laying Ducks; Business Analysis; Banjarbaru
