Abstract :
Penggunaan bahan kimiawi sebagai larvasida dalam jangka waktu lama dapat
menyebabkan resistensi pada nyamuk dan pencemaran lingkungan maka perlu dilakukan
penelitian mengenai Larutan daun sirih ( piper bitle linn ) sebagai larvasida Aedes
Aegypty.Tujuan Mengetahui dan menganalisis jumlah kematian larva Aedes Aegypty ,mengetahui
perbedaan pada setiap konsentrasi 10% ,20% ,30% ,40%. jenis penelitian ini dengan metode true
eksperimental dengan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh larutan daun sirih terhadap kematian
Larva Aedes Aegypty, Hasil pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan statistik univariat, bivariat
mengunakan uji statistik One Way Anova dengan uji alternatif uji Kruskall-Wallis, dilanjutkan
dengan Uji Mann Whitney ,mengenai larutan Daun sirih (Piper Bitle Linn) Terhadap Kematian
Larva Aedes Aegypti didapatkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara kelompok kontrol dengan
beberapa perlakuan larutan Daun sirih (Piper Bitle Linn), terjadinya peningkatan kematian larva
Aedes Aegypti pada konsentrasi 40% selama 3 jam. Kesimpulan mampu mematikan larva Aedes
Aegypti waktu 3 jam dengan rata-rata kematian sebanyak 100 %.
The use of chemicals as larvacide in a long period of time can cause resistance to
mosquitoes and environmental pollution , it is necessary to do research on the solution of Betel
leaf ( Piper bitle Linn) as Larvacide Aedes aegypty Objective to know and analyze the death of
Aedes aegypty larvae, knowing the difference in each concentration of 10%,20%,30%, 40%..This
type of with the true experimental method by knowing and analyzing the effect of betel leaf
solution against the death of Aedes aegyptyLarva, measured data is the treatment of betel leaf
solution against Aedes aegypty Larva.Result Data collection results are analyzed by using
UNIVARIAT statistics, sufficient uses a statistical test of One Way Anova with alternative test of
Kruskall-Wallis, and mann whitney based on the results of research conducted in the Center for the
health care of the seasoning of betel leaf solution (Piper bitle Linn) on the death of Aedes aegypti
larvae obtained that thereis a difference between the control group with some of the treatment of
betel leaf the increase in the death of Aedes aegypti Larva at a concentration of 40% for 3 hours,
Conclusion able to turn off the larva Aedes Aegypti time 3 hours with an average death as much
as 100%.
