Abstract :
Pengelolaan pelabuhan, merupakan persoalan yang rumit dan membutuhkan pengaturan yang teknis dan mendetail. Kompleksnya persoalan dan besarnya potensi pelabuhan di Indonesia tidak disertai dengan pengaturan yang ?kaya? dan sistematis. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektifitas regionalitas pengelolaan pelabuhan Tanjung Emas di lingkungan PT Pelindo III Semarang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan diskriptif. Tempat penelitian yaitu di Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas di Lingkungan PT Pelindo III Semarang. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 30 responden dengan sampel 30 responden (total sampling). Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa faktor perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian kapal mempengaruhi efektifitas regionalitas pengelolaan Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas di Lingkungan PT Pelindo III Semarang dinilai efektif, yaitu mencapai 79,92% lebih besar dari angka yang dihipotesiskan yaitu 65% dengan nilai ideal 2550 dan skor hasil penelitian berdasarkan data yang diperoleh 2038. Kata kunci: Efektifitas, Pengelolaan Pelabuhan ABSTRACT Abstract: Port management, is a complex problem and requires technical and detailed arrangements. The complexity of the problem and the large potential of ports in Indonesia is not accompanied by 'rich' and systematic arrangements. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of regional management of the Tanjung Emas port in the PT Pelindo III Semarang environment. The method used is a quantitative method with the approach used in this study is a descriptive approach. The research site is Tanjung Emas Harbor in the PT Pelindo III Semarang neighborhood. The population of this study was 30 respondents with a sample of 30 respondents (total sampling). From the results of the study note that the planning, implementation, and control of ships affect the effectiveness of regional management of the Tanjung Emas Port in the environment of PT Pelindo III Semarang is considered effective, reaching 79.92% greater than the hypothesized figure of 65% with an ideal value of 2550 and a score of research results based on data obtained in 2038.
