Abstract :
Parkir sudah menjadi suatu hal yang lumrah, terlebih pada zaman sekarang semakin maraknya peredaran kendaraan bermotor, jadi hampir di setiap pertokoan, swalayan, Anjungan Tunai Mandiri, serta fasilitas umum yang lainnya, terdapat petugas parkir yang bertugas untuk menjaga keamanan kendaraan konsumen atau pengguna jasa parkir. Pengaruh dari parkir di badan jalan adalah dapat menyebabkan penurunan kinerja jalan. Hal ini juga yang dapat menimbulkan permasalahan kemacetan. Masalah parkir telah menimbulkan persoalan pelik di banyak kota besar karena keterbatasan ruang kota. Sebagai pengguna jasa perparkiran terkadang harus mengalami ketidaknyamanan dalam penetapan tarif parkir di lokasi-lokasi tertentu, penetapan tarif parkir yang sudah tidak sesuai lagi dengan yang ditetapkan oleh UPTD perparkiran.
