Abstract :
Kecamatan Dusun Timur merupakan daerah pemekaran yang populasinya berkembang pesat sehingga kebutuhan air bersih juga meningkat. Sementara itu ketersediaan air bersih di PDAM Kecamatan Dusun Timur saat ini dengan kapasitas 40,86 liter/detik masih mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih pelanggan, tetapi belum mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan seluruh penduduk Kecamatan Dusun Timur. Berdasarkan latar belakang ini diperlukan penelitian untuk memprediksi kebutuhan air bersih pelanggan dan penduduk sampai dengan tahun 2029, serta kemampuan PDAM dalam menyediakan air bersih sampai tahun 2029. Dalam penelitian ini, diprediksikan kebutuhan air bersih untuk wilayah pelayanan PDAM Kecamatan Dusun Timur sampai tahun 2029 dan menganalisis ketersediaan air bersih PDAM Kecamatan Dusun Timur sampai tahun 2029 dengan menggunakan acuan data sekunder dari PDAM Kecamatan Dusun Timur, data jumlah penduduk dari BPS Kabupaten Barito Timur, serta peta tofografi dari BAPPEDA kabupaten Barito Timur. Berdasarkan data jumlah penduduk sepuluh tahun terakhir, dianalisis pertumbuhan penduduk menggunakan metode aritmatik, geometrik dan least square sampai tahun 2029 sebesar 53.807 jiwa, dari hasil proyeksi jumlah penduduk sampai tahun rencana didapat kebutuhan air bersih pelanggan sebesar 20,24 liter/detik dan kebutuhan air bersih penduduk Kecamatan Dusun Timur sebesar 80,96 liter/detik. Sementara ketersediaan air bersih PDAM Kecamatan Dusun Timur setelah dikurangi kehilangan air (losses) 28,66% adalah sebesar 29,15 liter/detik. untuk memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan pelanggan pada tahun 2029, kapasitas produksi saat ini dinilai cukup, tetapi untuk pelayanan kepada seluruh penduduk sangat diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas produksi IPA dan jaringan distribusi air bersih. In this research, it is predicted that the need for clean water for the service area of PDAM East Dusun District until 2029 and analyzes the availability of clean water for PDAM East Dusun District until 2029 using secondary data references from PDAM Dusun Timur District, population data from BPS East Barito Regency, as well as a tofographic map from BAPPEDA East Barito district. Based on population data in the last ten years, population growth was analyzed using arithmetic, geometric and least square methods until 2029 amounting to 53,807 people, from the population projection results until the planned year, it is obtained that the customers' clean water needs are 20.24 liters / second and clean water needs. the population of Dusun Timur Subdistrict is 80.96 liters / second. Meanwhile, the availability of clean water in Dusun Timur Subdistrict PDAM after deducting water losses of 28.66% is 29.15 liters / second. To meet all customer needs in 2029, the current production capacity is considered sufficient, but for services to the entire population it is necessary to increase the production capacity of IPA and clean water distribution networks.
