Abstract :
Proses dilakukannya pembangunan proyek pasti melibatkan penggunaan material, tenaga kerja, serta teknologi yang semakin kompleks, dan termasuk di dalamnya aspek seperti waktu serta kegiatan. Oleh karena itu, suatu proyek pasti memiliki tenggat waktu untuk setiap kegiatannya, artinya proyek tersebut harus sudah selesai sebelum ataupun tepat pada waktu yang telah disepakati. Seperti pada proyek Pelebaran Jalan Handil Bakti, pelaksanaan proyek ini menuntut pihak pengelola untuk melakukan pengelolaan proyek sedari awal hingga proyek selesai. Metode yang biasa digunakan untuk membuat suatu perkiraan akan rencana pelaksanaan proyek adalah metode earned value dan penjadwalan kurva S. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini yakni guna mengetahui Kinerja waktu serta pembiayaan pada proyek, juga untuk menghitung perkiraan waktu penyelesaian proyek (Time Estimate). Data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini terdiri atas data Primer yaitu dokumentasi lapangan, dan data Sekunder yaitu bersumber pada penelitian terdahulu, jurnal, dan buku maupun media internet, data sekunder yang diperlukan berupa data RAB, laporan bulanan dan mingguan, time schedule. Metode penelitian ini dengan cara melakukan analisis nilai hasil terhadap pengendalian waktu digunakan metode Earned Value (EV). Hasil analisis metode pengendalian jadwal terpadu (Earned Value Analysis), dilihat dari kinerja proyek dari bulan April - juli nilai rata-rata SPI (Schedule performance index) lebih dari di atas 1, itu menyatakan hasil kinerja cukup baik kalo performa pekerjaannya tetap seperti itu.Berdasarkan pengamatan pada (minggu ke 15), maka Proyek pelebaran jalan handil bakti dapat diselesaikan selama 35,45 minggu. Dari rencana 37 minggu penyelesaian pekerjaannya The construction of a project that is carried out will certainly involve the use of materials (materials), labor, increasingly sophisticated technology and also in it such as time, and activities. Therefore, a project will definitely have a deadline for each activity that takes place, which means that the project must be completed before or on time. As in the Handil Bakti Road Widening project, the implementation of this project requires management to manage project from start to finish of work implementation. The methods used to make an estimate of the project implementation plan can be done by using the S Curve and Earned Value scheduling method. The purpose of this study was to determine the time and cost performance of the project, and the estimated time for project completion (Time Estimate). The type of data used consists of primary data, namely field documentation, and secondary data, which is sourced from previous research, journals, books and internet media, secondary data required in the form of RAB data, monthly and weekly reports, time schedules. This research method by analyzing the yield value of time control used the Earned Value (EV) method. The results of analysis with the integrated schedule control method (Earned Value Analysis), Judging from the project performance from April to July the average SPI (Schedule performance index) value is more than above 1, it states that the performance results are quite good if the work performance remains like that.
