Abstract :
Pembangunan jembatan baja dengan bentang 30 m di Sungai Kusan Kecamatan Aranio Kabupaten Banjar (Jembatan Alam Roh 17), merupakan salah satu proyek pembangunan dari pemerintah daerah yang dibangun dalam paket proyek daerah. Proyek konstruksi berkembang semakin besar dan rumit ini baik dari segi fisik maupun biaya. Pada prakteknya suatu proyek mempunyai keterbatasan akan sumber daya, baik berupa manusia, material, biaya ataupun alat. Keterlambatan proyek bagi kontraktor akan mengalami kerugian waktu dan biaya. Maka dari itu pengendalian biaya dan waktu sangat membantu secara keseluruhan saat berjalannya suatu proyek. Perencanaan dan pengendalian biaya dan waktu merupakan bagian dari manajemen proyek konstruksi secara keseluruhan. Selain penilaian dari segi kualitas, prestasi suatu proyek dapat pula dinilai dari segi biaya dan waktu Perencanaan dan pengendalian biaya dan waktu merupakan bagian dari manajemen proyek konstruksi secara keseluruhan. Dengan adanya indikator prestasi proyek dari segi biaya dan waktu ini memungkinkan tindakan pencegahan agar pelaksanaan proyek berjalan sesuai dengan rencana. Konsep ?earned value? merupakan salah satu alat yang digunakan dalam pengelolaan proyek yang mengintegrasikan biaya dan waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kinerja waktu dan biaya pada proyek, dan perkiraan waktu penyelesaian proyek (Time Estimate). Jenis data yang digunakan terdiri dari data Primer yaitu dokumentasi lapangan, dan data Sekunder yaitu bersumber pada penelitian terdahulu, jurnal, dan buku maupun media internet, data sekunder yang diperlukan berupa data RAB, laporan bulanan dan mingguan, time schedule. Metode penelitian ini dengan cara melakukan analisis nilai hasil terhadap pengendalian biaya dan waktu digunakan metode Earned Value (EV). Hasil analisa dengan metode pengendalian biaya dan jadwal terpadu (Earned Value Analysis), pada pelaksanaan Proyek Pembangunan Jembatan Alam Roh 17 Kabupaten Banjar pada Bulan Juni ? Agustus 2019 mendapatkan hasil Analisis Kinerja Proyek Pembangunan Jembatan Alam Roh 17 Kabupaten Banjar Selama 3 bulan dari hasil CPI = 0,80844 dan SPI = 2227,14 mendapatkan hasil kinerja yang cukup baik. Hasil dari perkiraan waktu penyelesaian proyek (Time Estimate) adalah 9 bulan. Waktu ini lebih lama 2 bulan dari waktu rencana total penyelesaian proyek 7 bulan. The construction of a steel bridge with a span of 30 m in the Kusan River, Aranio Subdistrict, Banjar Regency (Bridge Alam Roh 17), is one of the development projects of the regional government which was built in the regional project package. Construction projects are increasingly large and complex in terms of both physical and cost. In practice a project has limited resources, whether in the form of human, material, cost or tools. Project delays for contractors will incur a loss of time and cost. Therefore, controlling costs and time is very helpful as a whole as the project progresses. Cost and time planning and control are part of overall construction project management. In addition to evaluating in terms of quality, the achievements of a project can also be assessed in terms of cost and time. Planning and controlling costs and time are part of overall construction project management. With the project performance indicators in terms of cost and time, it is possible to take preventative measures so that project implementation goes according to plan. The concept of "earned value" is one of the tools used in project management that integrates costs and time. The purpose of this study is to determine the time and cost performance on the project, and the estimated time of completion of the project (Time Estimate). The type of data used consists of Primary data, namely field documentation, and Secondary data, which is sourced from previous research, journals, books and internet media, secondary data needed in the form of RAB data, monthly and weekly reports, time schedules. This research method by analyzing the value of results to cost control and time used the Earned Value (EV) method. The results of the analysis using the integrated cost control method and schedule (Earned Value Analysis), on the implementation of the Alam Roh 17 Bridge Construction Project in Banjar District in June - August 2019 get the results of the Performance Analysis of the 17 Roh Alam Bridge Construction Project for 3 months from the CPI results 0.80844 and SPI = 2227.14 get pretty good performance results. The result of the estimated project completion time (Time Estimate) is 9 months. This time is 2 months longer than the total planned time of the project for 7 months.
