Abstract :
Adapun masalah yang sering terjadi seperti penilaian manusia yang masih bersifat subjektif dan tidak konsisten terhadap suatu objek mengakibatkan kesalahan input yang berakibat fatal terhadap perusahaan, kesulitan membuat laporan perhari maupun perbulannya karena proses pembuatan laporannya masih bersifat konvensional, dan terakhir berkas pengontrolan lingkungan terminal ATM yang tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik sehingga menyulitkan dalam pembuatan laporan. Telah berhasil merancang sistem ceklis kondisi ruang ATM yang sesuai dengan permasalahannya pada kegiatan cek kondisi ruang atm khusus pada ATM Bank Kalsel untuk mempermudah dalam penyajian laporan serta efesiensi waktu. Aplikasi yang dibangun dapat mempermudah dalam proses pendataan atm yang sudah di cek kondisinya, sehingga mempermudah dalam pencarian data atm yang sudah di cek atau belum. Aplikasi ini dapat mendata ATM yang baru dipasang maupun menghapus ATM yang sudah digunakan dengan aplikasi akan mempercepat proses pendataan maupun pengecekan. There are problems that often occur such as human judgment which is still subjective and inconsistent with an object resulting in input errors that have fatal consequences for the company, difficulties in making reports per day or monthly because the reporting process is still conventional, and finally the ATM terminal environmental control files are not well documented, making it difficult to produce reports. Has succeeded in designing a checklist system for ATM room conditions in accordance with the problem in checking the condition of a special atm room at ATMs of South Kalimantan Bank to facilitate report presentation and time efficiency. Applications that are built can make it easier to process atm data collection that has been checked for conditions, making it easier to search for ATM data that has been checked or not. This application can record newly installed ATMs or delete ATMs that have been used with the application, which will speed up the data collection and checking process.
