Abstract :
Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia (disingkat Kemenag RI, dahulu Departemen Agama Republik Indonesia, disingkat Depag RI) Kementerian Agama mempunyai tugas menyelenggarakan urusan di bidang keagamaan dalam pemerintahan untuk membantu Presiden dalam menyelenggarakan pemerintahan negara.Sebagai pengurus di bagian keagamaan terutama dalam kepengurusan bidang Haji dan Umrah, kebanyakan pelayanannya masih dilakukan secara manual langsung datang ke kantor dan memerlukan proses yang pajang dan cukup lama dan dari segi aplikasi yang sudah ada yaiu SISKOHAT para calon jamaah haji masih jadi satu dengan jamaah umum dari segi pelayanan dan dari segi informasi pun masih sangat minim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan uji pustaka. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yaitu terciptanya aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah dalam proses pengolahan data, penyimpanan data, pencarian data serta pembuatan laporan dengan sistem aplikasi berbasis web. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya bisa mengembangkan aplikasi tersebut sehingga dapat berbasis android yang terintegrasi dengan web dan dibutuhkan backup serta pemeliharaan sistem secara berkala sehingga sistem up to date. As an administrator in the religious section, especially in the management of the Haj and Umrah sector , most of the services are still carried out manually, come directly to the office and require a long and long process and in terms of existing applications, namely SISKOHAT, prospective pilgrims are still united with the general congregation in terms of service and in terms of information is still very minimal.The research method used is observation, interview and literature test. The final result of this research is the creation of an application that can simplify the data processing, data storage, data retrieval and reporting with a web-based application system. For further researchers, they can develop the application so that it can be based on Android which is integrated with the web and requires regular backup and maintenance of the system so that the system is up to date.
