Abstract :
Kebutuhan Kantor Notaris dan PPAT Yulia Khalisa, S.H., M.Kn akan sistem informasi pendaftaran menjadi tujuan dari pembuatan website pendaftaran dan monitoring pelayanan jasa notaris. Pada website ini dibuat dengan framework laravel dengan database yaitu mysql dan menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP. Adapun sistem yang ada pada website ini yaitu proses registrasi, proses login, proses pengajuan balik nama, proses pengajuan akta pendirian perusahaan, proses pembuatan izin cv perusahaan dan proses pengajuan akta otentik kerjasama/jual beli. Aktivitas yang sudah dilakukan melalui proses pengajuan akan diverifikasi oleh admin pada kantor tersebut sehingga data yang masuk dapat diproses dengan cepat. Hasil akhir dari proses aplikasi ini yaitu adanya laporan bukti pendaftaram, bukti pengambilan hasil proses usulan, dan laporan laporan pendukung untuk administrasi kantor notaris seperti laporan daftar pemohon dan daftar proses pengajuan. Hasil proses ini pun akan dimasukan pada notifikasi telegram. The need for the Notary Office and PPAT Yulia Khalisa, S.H., M.Knakan to have a registration information system for the purposes of creating a registration website and monitoring assistant services. On this website, it is created with a laravel framework with a database, namely MySQL and uses the PHP programming language. The system on this website is the registration process, the login process, the name reversal application process, the company establishment application process, the company CV licensing process and the authentic cooperation / buying and selling application process. Activities that have been carried out through the submission process are verified by the admin on the table so that the incoming data can be processed quickly. The final result of this application process is a registration proof report, a proposal process retrieval report, and an automatic compartment administrative support report such as sample reports and a list of the submission process. The results of this process will also be included in the telegram notification.
