Abstract :
Pembangunan Bank Sampah merupakan momentum awal membina kesadaran kolektif masyarakat untuk memulai memilah, mendaur ulang, dan memanfaatkan sampah. Dimana sebelumnya masyarakat hanya melakukan pengumpulan sampah di rumah masing-masing, kemudian sampah diambil oleh petugas sampah sesudah itu dibawa ke TPS (tempat penyimpanan sementara), dari TPS sampah di angkut oleh mobil sampah untuk kemudian dibuang ke TPA (tempat pembuangan akhir). Dengan semakin berkembangnya sistem Bank Sampah maka pengelolaan Bank Sampah juga memerlukan pengembangan, terutama pengolahan laporan keuangan, dimana proses pengolahan laporan keuangan tersebut masih dikatakan masih kurang efektif dan efisien karena masih belum terkomputerisasi serta masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel yang mengalami kelemahan dalam pengolahan data keuangan. Hasil penelitian tentang Aplikasi Pengolahan Laporan Keuangan Bank Sampah Pada Bank Sampah Induk Hulu Sungai Selatan Berbasis Web diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Aplikasi ini dibuat untuk memudahkan pegawai dalam pengolahan laporan keuangan seperti penginputan pengolahan laporan lembar tabungan, laporan lembar penarikan, laporan mutasi rekening, laporan stok sampah, laporan rekapitulasi pembelian, laporan rekapitulasi penjualan, laporan berita acara pembelian, laporan berita acara penjualan, laporan buku besar, laporan rekapitulasi biaya operasional, laporan berita acara biaya operasional, laporan arus kas, laporan saldo nasabah, laporan nasabah, dan laporan pegawai. Pengolahan data yang lebih efisien dan efektif dapat menunjang kinerja instansi dalam pengolahan laporan keuangan pada Bank Sampah Induk Hulu Sungai Selatan The construction of a Waste Bank is an initial momentum to foster community collective awareness to start sorting, recycling and utilizing waste. Where previously the community only collected garbage at their respective homes, then the garbage was taken by garbage officers after that it was taken to TPS (tempat penyimpanan sementara), from TPS the garbage was transported by garbage cars to then be disposed of to TPA (tempat pembuangan akhir). With the development of the Garbage Bank system, the Waste Bank management also requires development, especially the processing of financial reports, where the processing of financial statements is still ineffective and efficient because it is still not computerized and still uses Microsoft Excel which has experienced weaknesses in financial data processing. The results of research on the Web-Based Waste Bank Financial Report Processing Application at the Main Hulu Sungai Selatan Garbage Bank based on the Web, it is concluded that this application is made to facilitate employees in processing financial reports such as input processing savings sheet reports, withdrawal sheet reports, account mutation reports, waste stock reports purchase recapitulation reports, sales recapitulation reports, purchase reports, sales reports, general ledger reports, operational cost recapitulation reports, operational expense reports, cash flow reports, customer balance reports, customer reports, and employee reports. More efficient and effective data processing can support the performance of agencies in processing financial reports at the Hulu Sungai Selatan Main Waste Bank.
