Abstract :
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor seperti harga ayam ras pedaging dan harga ikan nila terhadap permintaan ayam ras pedaging di Kota Banjarmasin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 25 for windows, menggunakan satu variabel terikat dan dua variabel bebas. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari bulan Januari sampai bulan Desember 2019. Penelitian dilaksanakn pada bulan November sampai dengan bulan Desember 2019. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa faktor harga ayam ras pedaging dan harga ikan nila secara simultan dan secara parsial tidak bepengaruh nyata terhadap permintaan ayam ras pedaging di Kota Banjarmasin dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dengan koefesien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,108 dan nilai Sig. (Signifikansi) sebesar 0,599. Nilai koefesien harga ayam ras pedaging yaitu sebesar -1,386. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kenaikan harga ayam ras pedaging sebesar Rp. 1 dapat menyebabkan permintaan ayam ras pedaging berkurang sebesar 1,386 kg. Nilai koefesien harga ikan nila yaitu sebesar 1,241. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kenaikan harga ikan nila sebesar Rp. 1 dapat menyebabkan peningkatan permintaan ayam ras pedaging sebesar 1,241 kg. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of factors such as the price of broilers and tilapia prices on demand for broilers in the city of Banjarmasin. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 25 for windows, using one dependent variable and two independent variables. The data used in this study are secondary data from January to December 2019. The study was conducted in November to December 2019. The results of the study concluded that the factors of broiler prices and tilapia prices simultaneously and partially had no significant effect on demand for broilers in the city of Banjarmasin with a 95% confidence level with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.108 and a Sig. (Significance) of 0.599. The coefficient value of broiler prices is -1,386. This shows that the increase in the price of broilers by Rp. 1 can cause the demand for broilers to decrease by 1,386 kg. The coefficient value of the price of tilapia is 1,241. This shows that the increase in price of tilapia by Rp. 1 can cause an increase in demand for broilers by 1,241 kg.
