Abstract :
Saat ini belum banyak sekolah di Indonesia menyelenggarakan Penerimaan Siswa Baru (PSB) secara online . Rancangan arsitektur teknologi PPDB Online mampu memberikan kemudahan, keamanan dan probabilitas akses secara online setiap waktu dan dari mana saja. Sistem aplikasi server PPDB mampu melakukan multi proses data secara simultan real time sesuai aturan pelaksanaan PPDB yang diberlakukan di sekolah. SMKN Negeri 1 Simpang Empat adalah salah satu sekolah yang masih belum menyelenggarakan penerimaan siswa baru secara online. Pada saat ini sistem yang digunakan masih bersifat manual yaitu untuk proses pendaftaran calon siswa diharuskan datang langsung ke SMKN 1 Simpang Empat kemudian pendaftar harus mengisi blanko formulir. Selain itu sistem seleksi adalah dengan mengumpulkan semua pendaftar dan melaksanakan tes secara tertulis secara langsung padahal SMK ini merupakan SMK Bidang Komputer yang ada di wilayah Kabupaten Banjar. Adanya sistem berbasis online dengan harapan agar pelaksanaan pendaftaran siswa baru menjadi lebih mudah, selain itu pendaftaran yang berada di luar kota juga akan merasa lebih terbantu dengan adanya sistem online ini. The architectural design of PPDB Online technology is able to provide convenience, security and probability of online access at any time and from anywhere. The PPDB server application system is able to process multiple data simultaneously in real time according to the PPDB implementation rules that are enforced in schools. SMKN 1 Simpang Empat is one of the schools that still has not held online admissions for new students. At this time the system used is still manual, namely for the registration process prospective students are required to come directly to SMKN 1 Simpang Empat then registrants must fill out a form. In addition, the selection system is to collect all registrants and carry out a written test directly even though this Vocational School is a Computer Vocational School in the Banjar Regency area. The existence of an online-based system with the hope that the implementation of new student registration will be easier, besides that registration outside the city will also feel more helpful with this online system.
