Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa output daya yang dihasilkan ke pesawat dan sistem kerja Ground Power Unit (GPU) sehingga menghasilkan sebuah data-data yang akurat dan mengetahui daya yang dibutuhkan pesawat (Boeing 737-800) ketika harus menggunakan Ground Power Unit (GPU), Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu metode observasi, untuk pengamatan langsung pada Ground Power Unit (GPU) yang terhubung ke pesawat (Boeing 737-800) dan metode analisa, untuk mengetahui hasil daya output Ground Power Unit (GPU) yang di hubungkan ke pesawat Boeing 737-800. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa daya yang dapat dikeluarkan Ground Power Unit (GPU) mencapai 30.000 Watt, sedangkan daya maksimal yang diperlukan pesawat Boeing 737-800 yaitu sebesar 13.800 Watt dan bahan bakar yang diperlukan selama 45 menit yaitu 1,7 sampai dengan 2,5 Liter bahan bakar solar. This study aims to analyze the output power generated to the aircraft and the Ground Power Unit (GPU) working system so as to produce accurate data and determine the power needed by the aircraft (Boeing 737-800) when it comes to using a Ground Power Unit (GPU), There are two methods used in this research, namely the observation method, for direct observation of the Ground Power Unit (GPU) connected to the aircraft (Boeing 737-800) and the analysis method, to determine the output power of the Ground Power Unit (GPU) connected to the Boeing 737-800. The results of this study indicate that the power that can be issued by the Ground Power Unit (GPU) reaches 30,000 Watts, while the maximum power required by the Boeing 737-800 is 13,800 Watts and the fuel needed for 45 minutes is 1.7 to 2.5 Liters of diesel fuel.
