Abstract :
Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum atau yang disingkat dengan Ditreskrimum merupakan unsur pelaksana tugas pokok yang berada di bawah pengawasan Kapolda. Ditreskrimum beralamat di Jl. Let. Jend. S. Parman No.16, Antasan Besar, Kec. Banjarmasin Tengah, Kota Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan. Pencurian dan perampasan kendaraan bermotor adalah salah satu kejahatan yang di tangani oleh satuan unit Reserse Kriminal dengan tingkat kejadian yang tinggi. Hampir setiap hari Satreskrim menerima laporan kehilangan dari masyarakat. Dalam mengelola laporan tersebut, saat ini informasi perkembangan kasus tidak tersedia secara online, sehingga masyarakat sipil harus bolak balik ke kantor polisi. Dalam hal administrasi, pendataan Barang bukti atau barang temuan tidak tersimpan dengan rapi, sehingga sulit melakukan pencarian. Dengan permasalahan di atas, maka perlu dibuat Aplikasi Jaran Intan Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum (Ditreskrimum) Polisi Daerah Kalimantan Selatan Berbasis Web sebagai satu alternatif cara mempermudah pencarian barang bukti dan barang temuan yang tersimpan, masyarakat sipil khususnya yang berada di luar daerah dapat dengan mudah mengetahui lokasi pengambilan barang yang telah dicuri, tentu memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan pada akhirnya penerapan aplikasi yang dianalisa pada penelitian ini diharapkan mendukung proses informasi yang dibutuhkan dengan cepat dan akurat. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL. Model rekayasa perangkat lunak dengan metode Waterfall yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, berhasil mempermudah analisa perancangan sistem sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. The theft and seizure of motorized vehicles is one of the crimes handled by the Criminal Investigation Unit with a high incidence. Almost every day, the Satreskrim receives reports of losses from the public. In managing this report, information on case developments is currently not available online, so civilians have to go back and forth to the police station. In terms of administration, data collection of evidence or finding items is not neatly stored, making it difficult to search. With the above problems, it is necessary to make a Web-based Jaran Diamond Application for the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimum) of the South Kalimantan Regional Police as an alternative way of making it easier to find stored evidence and finding items, civil society especially those outside the region can easily find The location for retrieving the stolen goods certainly provides services to the community and in the end, the application of the applications analyzed in this study is expected to support the required information process quickly and accurately. This application is made with the programming language PHP and MySQL. The software engineering model with the Waterfall method used in this study succeeded in facilitating the analysis of system design in accordance with the research objectives.
