Abstract :
Komisi Pemilihan Umum adalah Lembaga Negara yang menyelenggarakan Pemilihan Umum. Dalam Penyelenggara Pemilu KPU dibantu oleh Sekretariat. Pengelolaan keuangan pada Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu belum terkelola dengan baik, belum ada pengarsipan SPM dan arsip dokumen SPJ masih secara manual sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien, selain itu juga rentan akan kesalahan dan kehilangan arsip keuangan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka yang menggambarkan masalah yang terjadi di lapangan. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, penulis mengusulkan sebuah aplikasi komputer berbasis web dan database mysql yang diharapkan dapat membantu pekerjaan Pengelolaan Keuangan di Sekretariat Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien, sehingga dengan adanya aplikasi komputer ini, pembuatan laporan keuangan dan arsip dokumen SPM, BKU, Kuitansi pengeluaran uangan dan SPJ baik berupa hardcopy maupun softfile yang dapat dengan mudah ditemukan di waktu yang akan datang. General Election Commission is a State Institution that organizes General Elections. In the General Election Organizer KPU is assisted by the Secretariat. Financial management at the Secretariat of the General Election Commission of Tanah Bumbu Regency has not been well managed, there is no SPM archiving and SPJ document archives are still manually so that they are less effective and efficient, but also vulnerable to errors and loss of financial records. In this study using research methods in the form of interviews, observations, and literature studies that describe the problems that occur in the field. Based on these problems, the authors propose a web-based computer application and mysql database which is expected to help the work of Financial Management in the Secretariat of the Tanah Bumbu Regency Election Commission to be more effective and efficient, so that with this computer application, making financial reports and SPM document archives, BKU, financial expenditure receipts and SPJ in the form of hardcopy and softfile which can be easily found in the future.
