Abstract :
Citra Apriany,2021,Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kopi Cintaku , Pembimbing I : Hj Lamsah,SE,MM ,pembimbing II : Hj Farida Yulianti,SE,MM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan kedai kopi cintaku ,(2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan kedai kopi cintaku dan (3) gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan kedai kopi cintaku. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan merupakan penelitian survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1)gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kedai kopi cintaku,(2)lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan kedai kopi cintaku,hal ini mengindikasi para pimpinan memahami apa yang dapat memotivasi karyawan dan lingkungan kerja merupakan komponen penting terhadap kualitas kinerja karyawan. This research design is a qualitative research and is a survey research. The results show (1) leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of my Cintaku coffee shop employees, (2) the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of my Cintaku coffee shop employees, this indicates that leaders understand what motivates employees and the work environment is an important component of quality. employee performance.
