Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Mah Sajajar Rancangan penelitian ini adalah bersifat kuantitatif dengan, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian eksplanasi ilmu dapat digolongkan pada jenis penelitian kausalitas. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuisioner, dengan pemilihan responden berjumlah 40 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji-t dan uji-f dengan menggunakan SPSS 22.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Secara parsial variabel budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara pengujian secara serantak variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Mah Sajajar The design of this research is quantitative with the type of research used is the type of scientific explanation research can be classified in the type of causality research. The research instrument used a questionnaire, with the selection of respondents totaling 40 people. The data analysis methods used are validity, reliability, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test and f-test using SPSS 22.0 for windows. The results showed that partially the variables of organizational culture and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while simultaneous testing of variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
