Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis motivasi kinerja karyawan PT.SADULUR KARYA BERSAMA. Dan 2) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis kompensasi yang diberikan kepada pegawai pada PT.SADULUR KARYA BERSAMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriftif kualitatif yang mana merupakan data tidak dapat dihitung. Subjek digunakan dalam penelitan ini sebagai responden adalah direktur Pt. Sadulur Karya Bersama di Banjarbaru itu sendiri dengan cara wawancara. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : 1) Bentuk motivasi yang telah diberikan oleh pt. Sadulur karya bersama adalah bagaimana Karyawan yang termotivasi bukan hanya membuat kinerjanya meningkat, tetapi juga meningkatkan komitmennya terhadap pekerjaan. 2) Bentuk kompensasi yang sebaiknya diberikan kepada kryawan pt. Sadulur karya bersama berupa, upah gaji, komisi, bonus, insentif, tunjangan dan reward. This study aims to determine: 1) To test and analyze the performance motivation of employees of PT. SADULUR KARYA BERSAMA. And 2) To test and analyze the compensation given to employees at PT. SADULUR KARYA BERSAMA. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method which is data that cannot be calculated. The subject used in this research as the respondent is the director of Pt. Sadulur Karya Bersama in Banjarbaru itself by way of interviews. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The form of motivation that has been given by pt. Sadulur work together is how motivated employees not only improve their performance, but also increase their commitment to work. 2) The form of compensation that should be given to the employees of pt. Joint work in the form of wages, salaries, commissions, bonuses, incentives, allowances and rewards
