Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) mengetahui deskripsi pelatihan kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada PT.Wijaya Triutama Plywood Industry di Banjarmasin, (2) mengetahui pelatihan kerja berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan pada PT. Wijaya Triutama Plywood Industry di Banjarmasin. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan merupakan penelitian survey, yang dimana data didapatkan dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan pembagian kuesioner. Populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan PT. Wijaya Triutama Plywood Industry di Banjarmasin dan sampel sebesar 30 responden dengan analisis data Regresi Linear Sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) dari hasil pembagian kuesinoer didapat bahwa pelatihan kerja dan kinerja karyawan sama-sama mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 3.0 yang dikategorikan bahwa bernilai baik atau setuju, (2) dari hasil pengujian regresi yang bernilai Y=21.681+0.268X yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif pada variabel pelatihan kerja (X) dan kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT. Wijaya Triutama Plywood Industry di Banjarmasin. This study aims to test: (1) know the description of job training and employee performance at PT. WijayaTriutama Plywood Industry in Banjarmasin, (2) knows that job training has an impact on employee performance at PT. Wijaya Triutama Plywood Industry in Banjarmasin. The design of this research is quantitative research and is a survey research, where data is obtained from the results of interviews, observations, and questionnaire division. Research population of all employees of PT. WijayaTriutama Plywood Industry in Banjarmasin and a sample of 30 respondents with simple linear regression data analysis. The results showed that: (1) from the results of the distribution of kuesinoer obtained that job training and employee performance both get an average value of 3.0 which is categorized as good value or agree (2) from the results of regression testing that is worth Y = 21.681 +0.268X which means there is a positive influence on the variable of job training (X) and employee performance (Y) in PT. WijayaTriutama Plywood Industry in Banjarmasin.
