Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Wilson Lautan Karet banjarmasin, (2) lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Wilson Lautan Karet Banjarmasin dan (3) lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Wilson Lautan Karet Banjarmasin Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan merupakan penelitian survey. Populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan perusahaan PT Wilson Lautan Karet Banjarmasin dan sampel sebesar 77 responden dengan analisis data Regresi Linier Berganda Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Wilson Lautan Karet Banjarmasin, 2) lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Wilson Lautan Karet Banjarmasin dan 3) lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Wilson Lautan Karet Banjarmasin, hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa karyawan merasakan lingkungan disekitar mereka sangat mempengaruhi kinerja mereka oleh karena itu pimpinan memahami sehingga membuat lingkungan yang kondusif yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. This study aims to examine: (1) the physical work environment affects the performance of the employees of PT Wilson Lautan Karet Banjarmasin, (2) the non-physical work environment affects the performance of the employees of PT Wilson Lautan Karet Banjarmasin and (3) the physical work environment and non-physical work environment affect the performance of employees of PT Wilson Lautan Karet Banjarmasin The design of this research is quantitative research and is a survey research. The research population is all employees of PT Wilson Lautan Karet Banjarmasin and a sample of 77 respondents with Multiple Linear Regression data analysis. The results show 1) the physical work environment has a significant effect on the performance of PT Wilson Lautan Karet Banjarmasin employees, 2) the non-physical work environment has a significant effect on performance. employees of PT Wilson Lautan Karet Banjarmasin and 3) the physical work environment and non-physical work environment have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Wilson Lautan Karet Banjarmasin, this indicates that employees feel that the environment around them greatly affects their performance. conducive environment that can improve employee performance.
