Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) Untuk mengetahui motivasi yang diberikan pegawai Kantor Desa Sungai Rasau Kabupaten Tanah Laut (2) Untuk mengetahui motivasi yang sebaiknya dilaksanakan oleh pegawai Kantor Desa Sungai Rasau Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya motivasi yang diberikan dengan menerapkan Gaji, Benefit, Kompensasi, Hubungan Interpersonal, Fasilitas Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan upaya motivasi yang sebaiknya dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan Disiplin serta Mengikuti Pelatihan sehingga dapat menciptkan kinerja pegawai meningkat pada pegawai Kantor Desa Sungai Rasau Kabupaten Tanah Laut. This study aims to examine: (1) To find out the motivation given by the employees of the Sungai Rasau Village Office, Tanah Laut Regency (2) To determine the motivation that should be carried out by the employees of the Sungai Rasau Village Office, Tanah Laut Regency. The design of this research is a qualitative research using the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the motivational efforts given were by applying Salary, Benefit, Compensation, Interpersonal Relations, Work Facilities, Work Environment and motivational efforts that should be carried out by applying Discipline as well as Participating in Training so as to create increased employee performance at the Sungai Rasau Village Office, Tanah District. sea.
