Abstract :
Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif dan merupakan penelitian survey.
Populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan Perusahaan PT.Allin Wahana Sukses dan sampel 6 orang dengan
analisis data observasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Gaya kepemimpinan kinerja karyawan PT. Allin Wahana
Sukses, (2) Motivasi kerja sangat berdampak pada kinerja karyawan dilihat dari waktu/jam kerja,
peraturan/tata tertib perusahaan serta perilaku karyawan PT. Allin Wahana Sukses, (3) Gaya dan
ketegasan serta pengawasan pemimpin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan PT. Allin
Wahana Sukses, hal ini mengidentifikasikan bahwa para pimpinan memahami apa yang dapat
memotivasikaryawan.
This study aims to examine: (1) To determine the analysis of leadership style and motivation
on employee performance at PT Allin Wahana Sukses. (2) To identify the level of motivation in
improving the quality of work of employees.
This study uses a descriptive research design and is a survey research. The research population
is all employees of PT. Allin Wahana Sukses Company and a sample of 6 people with observational
data analysis.
The results showed (1) The leadership style of employee performance at PT. Allin Wahana
Sukses, (2) Work motivation greatly affects employee performance in terms of working time/hours,
company regulations/rules as well as employee behavior of PT. Allin Wahana Sukses, (3) The style
and firmness and supervision of the leader have a significant effect on the performance of the company
PT. Allin Wahana Sukses, this identifies that the leaders understand what can motivate employees.
