Abstract :
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pengawasan dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Amuntai belum diketahui, sehingga diperlukan penelitian mendalam buat mengetahuinya. Tujuan 1) Apakah gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) Apakah pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3) Apakah disiplin kerja berpengaruh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Amuntai. metode penelitian ini mengginakan deskripsi kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil Penelitian: 1) Gaya Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Bank BRI cabang Amuntai(0,028<0,05), 2) Pengawasan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Bank BRI cabang Amuntai(0,000<0,05), 3) Disiplin secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Bank BRI cabang Amuntai(0,496>0,05) dan 4) Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pengawasan dan Disiplin secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Bank BRI cabang Amuntai(0,000<0,05) The effect of Leadership Style, Supervision and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Amuntai Branch is not yet known, so in-depth research is needed to find out. Objectives 1) Does leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Does supervision have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Does work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Amuntai. This research method uses quantitative description with multiple linear regression technique. The results of the study: 1) Leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of Bank BRI employees in Amuntai branch(0.028<0.05), 2) Supervision partially has a significant effect on the performance of Bank BRI employees in Amuntai branch(0.000<0.05), 3) Discipline partially has no significant effect on the performance of Bank BRI employees at Amuntai branch(0.496>0.05) and 4) Leadership, Supervision and Discipline styles simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Bank BRI employees at Amuntai branch(0.000<0.05)
