Abstract :
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses seleksi karyawan PT. Star Cosmos Cabang Banjarmasin yang dilakukan selama ini. Untuk mengetahui pengembangan karyawan pada PT. Star Cosmos Cabang Banjarmasin Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian lapangan dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan pada teori untuk menggambarkan suatu hasil penelitian. Namun, hasil gambaran tersebut tidak digunakan untuk membuat kesimpulan yang lebih umum, meneliti tentang analisis sistem seleksi dan pengembangan kualitas sumber daya manusia pada PT. Star Cosmos Cabang Banjarmasin Hasil dari penelitian adalah menemukan bahwa sumber daya manusia PT. Star Cosmos Cabang Banjarmasin dirasakan belumlah maksimal hal ini dikarenakan masih belum tepatnya seleksi karyawan, di mana penerimaan karyawan yang dilakukan perusahaan terhadap calon karyawan tidak objektif/belum tepat The purpose of this study was to determine the employee selection process of PT. Star Cosmos Banjarmasin Branch that has been done so far. To find out the development of employees at PT. Star Cosmos Banjarmasin Branch The data obtained from the field research were analyzed descriptively based on the theory to describe a research result. However, the results of the description are not used to make more general conclusions, researching the analysis of the selection system and the development of the quality of human resources at PT. Star Cosmos Banjarmasin Branch The result of the research is to find that the human resources of PT. Star Cosmos Banjarmasin Branch is felt to be not optimal, this is because the selection of employees is still not precise, where employee recruitment by the company to prospective employees is not objective/not appropriate
