Abstract :
Berdasarkan data UPT.Puskesmas Sungai Buluh pada tahun 2017 dan 2018 target ASI Eksklusif sebesar 50% adapun capaian ASI Eksklusif pada tahun 2017 sebesar 24,5% sedangkan pada tahun 2018 sebsar 30,1%. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, peranan petugas kesehatan, dan peralatan payudara dengan perilaku ibu hamil dalam perawatan payudara di Wilayah Kerja UPT. Puskesmas Sungai Buluh Kecamatan Labuan Amas Utara . Metode penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu hamil di UPT.Puskesmas Sungai Buluh Tahun 2021 sebanyak 46 orang. Sampel sebanyak 46 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi square test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang perawatan payudara yaitu baik sebanyak 23 orang (50,0%). Peranan peranan dalam perawatan payudara yaitu baik sebanyak 25 orang (54,3%). Ketersediaan peralatan perawatan payudara yaitu tidak lengkap sebanyak 26 orang (56,5%). Perilaku ibu hamil dalam perawatan payudara yaitu baik sebanyak 27 orang (58,7%). Ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan perilaku ibu hamil dalam perawatan payudara (p-value = 0,000 < 0,05). Ada hubungan peranan petugas kesehatan dengan perilaku ibu hamil dalam perawatan payudara (p-value = 0,000 < 0,05). Ada hubungan peralatan perawatan payudara dengan perilaku ibu hamil dalam perawatan payudara (p-value = 0,000 < 0,05). Bagi pihak puskesmas agar lebih meningkatkan lagi upaya pendidikan kesehatan kepada ibu hamil tentang pentingnya perawatan payudara. Based on UPT data.
