Abstract :
This study aims to examine how the leadership style in an effort to improve employee performance at the Yayan Arief Group Store in Banjarmasin, How work discipline in an effort to improve employee performance at the Yayan Arief Group Store in Banjarmasin, How the leadership strategy in an effort to improve performance at the Yayan Arief Group Store in Banjarmasin Banjarmasin.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan dalam upaya meningkatkan
kinerja karyawan pada Toko Yayan Arief Group di Banjarmasin, Bagaimana disiplin kerja dalam
upaya meningatkan kinerja karyawan pada Toko Yayan Arief Group di Banjarmasin, Bagaimana
strategi kepemimpinan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pada Toko Yayan Arief Group di
Banjarmasin.
Penelitian menggunakan rancangan penelitian kualitatif dan penggalian data menggunakan metode
wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis sehingga menjadi suatu hasil penelitian.
Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa gaya pemimpin dijalankan dengan baik oleh pemimpin Toko
Yayan Arief Group karena gaya pemimpin bisa memotivasi bawahannya sehingga kinerja karyawan
bisa meningkat. Dipenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya dalam menjalankan perannya pemimpin
merupakan tipe gaya pemimpinan kendali bebas yang diukur berdasarkan pemimpin sebagai
penggerak sudah cukup baik.
The study used a qualitative research design and data mining using interviews and observation methods. The research results were analyzed so that it became a research result.
The results of the study prove that the leader's style is carried out well by the leader of the Yayan Arief Group Store because the leader's style can motivate his subordinates so that employee performance can increase. This study shows that in carrying out its role the leader is a type of free-control leadership style that is measured by the leader as a driver is quite good.
