Abstract :
Elsa Riani, NPM. 17.12.0007. ?Analisis Hubungan Kinerja Pegawai Terhadap Pelayanan Publik Di Kantor Kecamatan Anjir Muara Kabupaten Barito Kuala?. Pembimbing Utama Bapak Fakshianor dan Co. Pembimbing ibu Sitna Hajar Malawat. Tujuan penelitian Ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kualitas Kinerja Aparatur Terhadap Pelayanan Publik di Kantor Kecamatan Anjir Muara Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian Ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif-korelational. Hasil penelitian menemukan bukti bahwa Kualitas Kinerja Aparatur Terhadap Pelayanan Publik di Kantor Kecamatan Anjir Muara Kabupaten Barito Kuala, disimpulkan cukup signifikan. Ini didukung hasil penelitian berupa; komunikasi yang dibangun pegawai kecamatan dalam memberikan pelayanan dInilai sudah cukup efektif; kecepatan pegawai kecamatan dalam memberikan pelayanan dInilai sudah sangat cepat; ketelitan pegawai kecamatan dalam memberikan pelayanan dInilai sudah sangat teliti; keakuratan data yang diberikan pegawai kecamatan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dInilai sudah sangat akurat; Keamanan masyarakat yang berada di Kantor Kecamatan Anjir Muara, dInilai sudah cukup aman. The research method used in this research is descriptive-correlational research method. The results of the study found evidence that the Quality of Apparatus Performance on Public Services at the Anjir Muara District Office, Barito Kuala Regency, was concluded to be quite significant. This is supported by research results in the form of; the communication built by sub-district employees in providing services is considered to be quite effective; the speed of sub-district employees in providing services is considered very fast; the accuracy of sub-district employees in providing services is considered very thorough; the accuracy of the data provided by sub-district officials in providing services to the community is considered very accurate; The security of the community at the Anjir Muara District Office is considered safe enough
