Karyawan Pada PT. Samator Gas Industri Cabang Tanjung?
PT. Samator Gas Industri Cabang Tanjung yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang
bergerak di bidang produk industri gas, dan perusahaan ini didirikan pada 22 Juli 1975
sebagai pabrik asetilen di Surabaya, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Sebagai pemain gas industri
terbesar di Indonesia, baik produk gas kami maupun jasalayanan gas telah digunakan
secara luas dalam berbagai industri seperti kesehatan, konstruksi, minyak dan gas bumi,
metalurgi, petrokimia, elektronik, otomotif dan masih banyak lagi.
Adapun tujuannya supaya banyak masalah yang dihadapi sama dengan banyak di setiap
perusahaan lain juga, yaitu masalah yang berhubungan dengan kinerja karyawan seperti
karyawan sering terlambat absen dan di saat jam istirahat siang karyawan tidak kembali
ke perusahaan tepat pada waktunya, oleh sebab itu motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan
harus benar-benar dijalankan, supaya adanya dorongan dan ketegasan dalam pengatur
bawahannya, sehingga akan terjalin komunikasi yang baik guna dapat meningkatkan
kinerja karyawan di PT. Samator Gas Industri Cabang Tanjung
Kesimpulan dari hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Peranan motivasi dan
kepemimpinan pada PT. Samator Gas Industri Cabang Tanjung bersifat positif terhadap
kinerja karyawan. Arti positif disini menunjukkan bahwa peranan itu bersifat searah.
Peningkatan nilai motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan diikuti oleh peningkatan kinerja
karyawan pada PT. Samator Gas Industri Cabang Tanjung. Hasil tersebut
mengungkapkan, peran motivasi kerja pada karyawan PT. Samator Gas Industri Cabang
Tanjung menjadi sangat penting bagi peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Peranan
kepemimpinan pada PT. Samator Gas Industri Cabang Tanjung juga sangat penting bagi
peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Olehnya itu peran motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan harus
ditingkatkan sesuai kondisi persaingan yang ada.
