Abstract :
Hipertensi sering disebut sebagai ?Silent Killer? (Pembunuh Senyap), karena seringkali penderita
Hipertensi bertahun-tahun tanpa merasakan sesuatu gangguan atau gejala. Data World Health Organization
(WHO) tahun 2015 menunjukkan sekitar 1,13 Miliar orang di dunia menyandang hipertensi, artinya 1 dari 3
orang di dunia terdiagnosis hipertensi. Mengetahui tentang hubungan pengetahuan, sikap dan pola makan dengan
kejadian penyakit hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Banjarmasin Indah Kota Banjarmasin Tahun 2021.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi
dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah seluruh kunjungan di Poli Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) Puskesmas
Banjarmasin Indah Kota Banjarmasin. Sampel sebanyak 93 responden yang di ambil dengan menggunakan
teknik Accidentalsampling. Sedangkan pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakanUjiChisquare. Dari penelitian
ini diperoleh dari 93 responden sebagian besar responden mengalami Hipertensi sebanyak 54 orang (58,1%),
mempunyai pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 39 orang (41,9%), sikap negatif sebanyak 48 orang (51,6%), pola
makan yang tidak baik sebanyak 49 orang (52,7%). Uji statistik menggunakan UjiChisquare ada hubungan
pengetahuan dengan kejadian hipertensi p-value = 0,000 (p < a), ada hubungan sikap dengan kejadian hipertensi
p-value = 0,000 (p < a), ada hubungan pola makan dengan kejadian hipertensi p-value = 0,000 (p < a).
Diharapkan hasil penelitian puskesmas mampu bekerja sama dengan lintas sektor terdekat dalam upaya
penyuluhan hipertensi secara terprogram dalam pencegahan hipertensi.

study was the total number of visits to the Non-Communicable Disease Polyclinic (PTM) at the Banjarmasin
Indah Health Center, Banjarmasin City. A sample of 93 respondents was taken using the accidental sampling
technique. While the data processing and analysis using thetest Chi square. From this study, obtained from 93
respondents, most of the respondents experienced hypertension as many as 54 people (58.1%), 39 people had
less knowledge (41.9%), 48 people had negative attitudes (51.6%), a poor diet not good as many as 49 people
(52.7%). Statistical test using thetest Chi square there is a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of
hypertension p value = 0.000 (p < a), there is a relationship between attitude and the incidence of hypertension
p-value = 0.000 (p < a), there is a relationship between diet and the incidence of hypertension p-value = 0.000 (p
< a). It is hoped that the results of the research at the puskesmas will be able to work together with the nearest
cross-sector in an effort to program hypertension counseling in the prevention of hypertension.
