Abstract :
Kepala sekolah adalah peran yang paling besar terhadap tercapainya kinerja guru yang baik. Kinerja guru mempunyai peran yang sangat besar dalam kemajuan pendidikan di sekolah. Kemajuan pendidikan di sekolah mempunyai peran yang utama terhadap penciptaan lulusan yang berkualitas. Oleh karena itu kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berperan terhadap penciptaan generasi bangsa yang berkualitas. dilihat,dari hasil observasi dan wawancara kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah di SMK Negeri 1 Bati-Bati sudah baik meskipun dalam pelaksanaanya terdapat kendala. Proses manajemen yang dilakukan kepala sekolah melalui beberapa tahapan sebagai berikut: 1) pelaksanaan. 2) perencanaan dan 3) penagwasan. Pelaksanaan Dari hasil penelitian bahwa program yang dilaksanakan kepala sekolah khususnya manajemen kepala sekolah kaitannya dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran covid 19 ini kepala sekolah membuat program pembelajaran baik secara daring dan luring. The principal has a very big role in the realization of good teacher performance. Teacher performance has a very big role in the progress of education in schools. The progress of education in schools has a very large role in the creation of quality graduates. Therefore, the leadership of the principal plays a role in the creation of a quality generation of the nation. seen, from the results of observations and interviews the leadership of the Principal at SMK Negeri 1 Bati-Bati has been good even though in its implementation there are obstacles. The management process carried out by the principal goes through several stages as follows: 1) implementation. 2) planning and 3) monitoring. Implementation From the results of the study, the program carried out by the principal, especially the principal's management, was related to the implementation of the covid 19 learning, the principal made a learning program both online and offline.
