Abstract :
This study aims to determine and prove the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Fumakilla Liang Anggang Banjarbaru. The data examined in this study were sourced from primary data that is direct data obtained from respondents through questionnaires / questionnaires and secondary data obtained from PT. Fumakilla Liang Anggang Banjarbaru as supporting data and library materials. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Fumakilla Liang Anggang Banjarbaru, totaling 155 people. The sample in this study amounted to 112 employees of PT. Fumakilla Liang Anggang Banjarbaru, which is calculated using the Slovin formula. Based on the results of calculations using the SPSS for Windows program, it is known that the coefficient of determination is 0.581, meaning that the ability of the compensation variable can affect the performance variable at PT. Fumakilla Liang Anggang Banjarbaru was 58.1%, while the remaining 41.9% was explained by other variables not examined in this study.
