Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa Kemampuan Kinerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kecamatan Pulau Laut Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif dengan menggali data dan informasi melalui informan terpilih secara sengaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). Kendala yang sering dihadapi para pegawai yaitu tidak adanya komunikasi internal dan ketidakpuasan pegawai dalam hal pelaksanaan pekerjaan. 2). Kinerja pegawai di kantor Kecamatan Pulau Laut Timur sudah cukup baik, karena mereka selalu menerapkan prinsip saling membantu satu sama lain, dengan atasan yang mau menampung masalah yang dikeluhkan oleh para pegawai dan selalu memberikan wejangan kepada pegawainya. Atasan para pegawai dikantor Kecamatan Pulau Laut Timur sangat bagus dalam dedikasi mereka baik atasan maupun pegawainya, mereka selalu meberikan motivasi agar pegawainya harus selalu bisa menyelesaikan pekerjaanya, tanpa adanya tekanan dalam bekerja. 3). Dikantor Kecamatan Pulau Laut Timur para pegawai memberikan motivasi kepada pegawai yang lain agar para pegawai lebih semangat untuk berkerja agar selalu bisa menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan baik. This study aims to determine and analyze the ability of performance and work environment on employee performance in Pulau Laut Timur District. This study uses a qualitative approach by digging data and information through deliberately selected informants. The results showed that 1). Constraints that are often faced by employees are the absence of internal communication and employee dissatisfaction in terms of carrying out work. 2). The performance of the employees at the Pulau Laut Timur Subdistrict office is quite good, because they always apply the principle of helping each other, with superiors who are willing to accommodate problems that employees complain about and always give advice to their employees. The superiors of the employees at the Pulau Laut Timur Subdistrict office are very good in their dedication to both superiors and employees, they always provide motivation so that their employees must always be able to complete their work, without any pressure at work. 3). At the Pulau Laut Timur Subdistrict Office, employees motivate other employees so that employees are more enthusiastic to work so that they can always complete work well.
