Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa Efektivitas Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu di Kecamatan Landasan Ulin Kota Banjarbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggali data dan informasi melalui informan terpilih secara sengaja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan masih belum optimal sehingga menjadi tidak efektif. This study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the One Stop Integrated Licensing Service in Landasan Ulin District, Banjarbaru City. This study uses a qualitative approach by digging up data and information through deliberately selected informants. The results of this study indicate that the services provided are still not optimal so they are not effective.
