Abstract :
Pengawasan begitu penting dalam fungsi manajemen dan bagi pimpinan maupun organisasi, Namun sepertinya pelaksanaan pengawasan selama ini pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Banjar belum begitu efektif dan memuaskan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa apakah Pengawasan dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Banjar. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan baha (1) Variabel pengawasan dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Banjar, (2) Pengawasan dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Banjar, (3) Variabel yang paling mendominasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Banjar adalah variabel pengawasan dari pimpinan. ] Supervision is very important in the management function and for leaders and organizations. However, it seems that the implementation of supervision so far at the Secretariat of the Banjar Regency Regional People's Representative Council has not been very effective and satisfactory. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether Supervision and Work Discipline had a significant partial effect on the performance of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of Banjar Regency. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that (1) the variables of supervision and work discipline together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Banjar Regency Regional House of Representatives Secretariat, (2) Supervision and Work Discipline have a partial significant effect on employee performance. Secretariat of the Banjar Regency Regional People's Representative Council, (3) The most dominating variable on the performance of employees of the Banjar Regency Regional People's Representative Council Secretariat is the supervisory variable from the leadership.
