Abstract :
Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Banjarmasin, serta untuk mengetahui kualitas kinerja pegawai.
Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif . Data dikumpulkan dengan Wawancara/Observasi dengan responden dan membagikan kuesioner.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Banjarmasin untuk memenuhi kepuasan masyarakat sudah bagus sesuai dengan yang diharapakan, dan bisa diliat dari masyarakat yang puas akan kinerja pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Banjarmasin yang melayani masyarakat dengan sebaik mungkin untuk memberikan kepuasan terhadap masyarakat atas pelayanan yang diberikan.
The purpose of the study was to determine the performance of the employees of the Banjarmasin City Industry and Trade Office, as well as to determine the quality of employee performance. The research method uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected by interview/observation with respondents and distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the performance of the employees of the Banjarmasin City Industry and Trade Office to meet community satisfaction was good as expected, and it could be seen from the people who were satisfied with the performance of the Banjarmasin City Industry and Trade Office employees who served the community as well as possible to provide satisfaction to the community on services provided.
