Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Setiawan
Bungsu Barito, (2) komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan PT. Setiawan Bungsu Barito (3) gaya
kepemimpinan dan komitmen berorganisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan PT. Setiawan Bungsu Barito.
Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yaitu jenis data atau fakta yang
diperoleh bukan berupa angka-angka tetapi dapat berupa hasil pendapat / pernyataan fakta sejarah dan lain-lain.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) gaya signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan PT. Setiawan
Bungsu Barito, (2) komitmen signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan PT. Setiawan Bungsu Barito dan
(3) gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan PT. Setiawan Bungsu
Barito, hal ini mengindikasikan para pimpinan memahami apa yang dapat memotivasi karyawan merupakan
sikap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Setiawan Bungsu Barito merupakan proses berlanjut yang mengekpresikan
perhatian mereka untuk kesuksesan bersama.
Human resources that have potential means that implementation resources are able to make a large
contribution to the company. Human resources that have potential means that implementation resources are

great motivation to its emplovees. Employee morale problems do not just arise, but can arise because of
motivation and if employees already feel motivated by what is provided by the company then in themselves there
will be encouragement to take action or work directed to achieve work decisions, and if work decisions have
been reached then the morale will increase.
As for the purpose of writing this thesis is to fund out the role of motivation and appropriate forms of
motivation in improving employee morale, using descriptive qualitative analysis approach. the problem of
providing motivation in the form of incentives that are not in accordance with employee expectations and a
number of facilities that are not considered
problem solver that the author suggested so that a given motivation can increase employee morale PT.
Setiawan Bungsu Barito, by providing incentives in accordance with employee expectations with the company's
current development, and the company pays more attention to the facilities that employees need to make the
atmosphere comfortable in doing their work.
