Abstract :
Pengembangan sistem pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ulin Banjarmasin merupakan suatu sistem input data pasien, identitas dokter, kunjunganpasien. Sistem input data pasien meliputi nomor rekam medis, nama pasien, tempatlahir,tanggal lahir, jenis kelamin ,alamat, telepon dan jenis pasien berdasarkan pembayaran.Sistem input identitas dokter meliputi kode dokter, nama dokter, alamat, telepon, danspesialisasi. Tujuan pengembangan sistem pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan dan Rawat inap adalah untuk mempermudah pengolahan data kunjungan pasien yang sebelumnya dilakukan diprogram itlog. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode siklus daur hidup pengembangan sistem.Metode tersebut meliputi beberapa tahapan proses yaitu tahap perencanaan sistem,tahap analisis sistem, tahap perancangan sistem, tahap penerapan sistem, tahap evaluasi sistem, tahap penggunaan dan pemeliharaan sistem. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan dan rawat inap ini adalah sistem informasi pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan dana rawat inap di rumah sakit yang terdiri dari data pasien, data dokter, data poliklinik dan riwayat penyakit pasien. Sistem pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan dan rawat inap ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah prosespembuatan laporan kunjungan pasien sehingga dapat menghasilkan data yang akuratdan efektif. The development of an outpatient registration system at the Ulin Regional General Hospital Banjarmasin is an input system for patient data, doctor identities, patient visits. Patient data input system includes medical record number, patient name, place of birth, date of birth, gender, address, telephone and type of patient based on payment. Doctor identity input system includes doctor code, doctor's name, address, telephone, and specialization. The purpose of developing an outpatient and inpatient registration system is to facilitate the processing of patient visit data which was previously programmed with the ITLOG program. The development of this system uses the system development life cycle method. The method includes several stages of the process, namely the system planning stage, system analysis stage, system design stage, system implementation stage, system evaluation stage, system use and maintenance stage. The result of the development of the outpatient and inpatient registration system is an outpatient and inpatient registration information system at the hospital which consists of patient data, doctor data, polyclinic data and patient history. This outpatient and inpatient registration system is expected to facilitate the process of making patient visit reports so that it can produce accurate and effective data.
