Abstract :
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh E-Absen dan Tunjangan Tambahan Penghasilan pegawai terhadap Kinerja ( SKP Online). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi adalah pegawai yang mempunyai kewajiban untuk melaporkan kinerja (SKP Online) nya, dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sejumlah 56 orang, dari seluruh populasi. Data diperoleh dari hasil angket dan wawasncara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 17. Pengujian validitas menggunakan dan reliabilitas menggunakan alpha cronbach. Pengujian asumsi klasik menggunakan uji multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan normalitas dan Autokorelasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa E-Absen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja (SKP Online) sedangkan tunjangan tambahan penghasilan pegawai, terbukti tidak mempengaruhi kinerja (SKP Online). secara simultan E-Absen dan tunjangan tambahan penghasilan pegawai berpengaruh. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of E-Absence and Additional Employee Income Allowances on SKP Online Performance This research was conducted on employees of the Forestry Service of South Kalimantan Province. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population is employees who have an obligation to report their online SKP performance, using the slovin formula, a total of 56 people, from the entire population. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used the SPSS version 17 program. The validity and reliability tests used Cronbach's alpha. The classical assumption test uses multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and normality and autocorrelation tests. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that E-Absence had an effect on the performance of SKP Online, while the additional allowance for employee income was proven not to affect the performance of SKP Online. simultaneously E-Absence and additional employee income allowances have an effect.
