PERBANDINGAN ANALISIS TINGKAT KERUSAKAN JALAN DENGAN
METODE BINA MARGA DAN PAVEMENT CONDITION INDEX (PCI) PADA RUAS

Abstract :
Jalan raya adalah salah satu prasarana yang akan mempercepat pertumbuhan dan perkembangan suatu daerah serta akan membuka hubungan sosial, ekonomi dan budaya antar daerah. Pada jalan Atak Imbransyah (Marabahan-Margasari) terdapat beberapa kerusakan jalan, yang beresiko bisa menyebabkan kecelakaan bagi pengguna jalan yang melintas. Oleh karena itu diperlukan di adanya program pemeliharaan. Metode yang bisa digunakan untuk analisis pemeliharaan jalan, antara lain metode Bina marga dan metode PCI (Pavement Condition Index). Dengan menggunakan metode bina marga, Menunjukan bahwa urutan prioritas untuk setiap ruas secara berurutan adalah 10,5 , 10,87 , 11 (Urutan prioritas > 7) yang dimana ketiga ruas tersebut masuk dalam urutan prioritas kelas A.oleh dari itu jenis pemeliharaan yang sesuai adalah program pemeliharaan rutin. Dengan menggunakan metode Pavement Condition index (PCI), menunjukan bahwa nilai kondisijalan pada setiap ruas secara berurutan pada jalan Atak Imbransyah (Marabahan-Margasari) adalah ruas pertama 51,06 yang termasuk dalam klasifikasi kualitas perkerasan dengan tingkat sedang (fair), ruas kedua 74,28 yang termasuk dalam klasifikasi kualitas perkerasan dengan tingkat sangat baik (very good) dan ruas ketiga 85,2 yang termasuk dalam klasifikasi kualitas perkerasan dengan tingkat sangat baik (very good). Berdasarkan nilai PCI yang tersebut diatas, maka jenis pemeliharaan yang cocok adalah Program Pemeliharaan rutin. On the Atak Imbransyah road (Marabahan-Margasari) there are several road damages, which are at risk of causing accidents for passing road users. Therefore it is necessary to have a maintenance program. Methods that can be used for road maintenance analysis include the Bina Marga method and the PCI (Pavement Condition Index) method. using the bina marga method, it shows that the order of priority for each segment in sequence is 10.5 , 10.87 , 11 (priority order > 7) where the three segments are included in the order of class A priority. Therefore, the appropriate type of maintenance is a routine maintenance program. By using the Pavement Condition index (PCI) method, it shows that the value of road conditions on each segment sequentially on the Atak Imbransyah (Marabahan-Margasari) road is the first segment 51.06 which is included in the classification of pavement quality with a moderate level (fair), the second segment 74 .28 which is included in the classification of pavement quality with a very good level (very good) and the third segment is 85.2 which is included in the classification of pavement quality with a very good level (very good). Based on the Pci value mentioned above, the type of maintenance that is suitable is the routine maintenance program.
