HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN,SIKAP KERJA DAN MASA KERJA DENGAN KELUHAN

Abstract :
Musculoskeletal Disorders(MSDs)yaitu Gangguan Muskuloskeletal Disorders(MSDs)yaitu cedera yang mempengaruhi gerakan sistem tubuh manusia seperti otot,tendon,ligamen,saraf,pembuluh darah dan lainnya. Word Health Organization melaporkan maka jumlah gangguan musculoskeletal mencapai 4% pada tahun 2001 hingga 2014(WHO)Hasil laporan pelaksanaan kesehatan kerja umum pada pekerja ada sekitar 2.998.766 kasus,dan kasus penyakit akibat kerja berjumlah 428.844 kasus Menurut studi yang dilakukan pada 9.482 orang di Indonesia,umumnya pada gangguan MSDs sekitar 16%. Selain itu hasil Departemen Kesehatan Republik Indonesia menyebutkan maka ada sekitar 40,5% penyakit yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu menganalisa apakah ada hubungan antara pengetahuan,sikap kerja dan masa kerja pada Musculoskeletal Disorders(MSDs).Rancangan penelitian memakai metode survey analitik cross sectional dengan jumlah populasi 55 dan perhitungan sampel 45 responden. Hasil penelitian di analisis memakai uji chi-squre. Analisis univariat menunjukkan maka terbisa keluhan musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs)33 responden ada keluhan sedangkan 12 tidak ada keluhan sedangkan analisis bivariate menunjukkan maka terbisa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan(p?value =0,000),sikap kerja(p-value =0,001),masa kerja(p-value =0,000)dengan keluhan musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs)Sebagai bahan masukan jangan pernah menganggap remeh keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders(MSDs)apabila terkena langsung saja dibawa ke Rumah Sakit dan kepada pihak terkait supaya memberikan penyuluhan tentang(MSDs),bahaya penyakit(MSDs)dan juga cara pencegahan(MSDs). Musculoskeletal Disorders(MSDs)are injuries that affect the movement of human body systems such as muscles,tendons,ligaments,nerves,blood vessels and others. The World Health Organization reports that the number of musculoskeletal disorders reached 4% in 2001 to 2014(WHO). The results of the report on the implementation of general occupational health in workers were around 2,998,766 cases,and cases of occupational diseases amounted to 428,844 cases. According to a study conducted on 9,482 people in In Indonesia,in general,MSDs disorders are around 16%. In addition,the results of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia stated that there were around 40.5% of occupational diseases. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there is a relationship between knowledge,work attitude and tenure on Musculoskeletal Disorders(MSDs). The research design used an analytical approach. cross sectional with a population of 55 and a sample calculation of 45 respondents. The results of the study were analyzed using the chi-squre test. Univariate analysis showed that there were complaints of musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs)33 respondents had complaints while 12 had no complaints while bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between knowledge(p?value =0.000),work attitude(p-value =0.001),years of service(p-value =0.000)with complaints of musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs)As input,never underestimate the complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders(MSDs)if they are affected,they are immediately taken to the hospital and related parties to provide counseling about(MSDs),the dangers of disease( MSDs)and preventive measures(MSDs).
