Abstract :
Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Di Kantor Kelurahan Sungai
Jingah Kecamatan Banjarmasin Utara Kota Banjarmasin. Dalam proses pelayanan publik tidak
selalu berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, masih terdapat faktor-faktor yang menghambat
proses pelayanan publik, diantaranya sumber daya pegawai yang masih kurang dan dibuktikan
dengan kurangnya pegawai tetap.
Sumber daya pegawai faktor penghambat lain adalah sarana dan prasarana seperti
ketidakadaan filing cabinet sebagai tempat unutk penyimpanan arsip yang menyebabkan pegawai
mengalami kesulitan dalam menemukan arsip yang dibutuhkan serta mengganggu kerapian ruang
pelayanan.
Oleh karena itu, faktor yang mendorong terwujudnya pelaksanaan yang berkualitas di
kantor Kelurahan Sungai Jingah adalah penanaman kesadaran melayani masyarakat dengan ihlas
sesuai dengan hati Nurani dan adanya fasilitas yang membantu pegawai dalam melaksanakan
tugasnya melayani pengguna layanan yaitu berupa alat bantu komputer dan perangkatnya serta
adanya sambungan internet sehingga proses pelayanan dapat berjalan dengan lancar.

documents are not organized with as it should be which ultimately causes employees to have
difficulty in finding the required archives and disrupts the neatness of service space.
Therefore, the factor that encourages the realization of quality implementation in the office
of Sungai Jingah Village is the planting of awareness to serve the community with ihlas in
accordance with conscience and the existence of facilities that help employees in carrying out their
duties to serve service users in the form of computer aids and devices and the existence of internet
connections so that the service process can run smoothly.
