Abstract :
Dalam manajement konstruksi terdapat berbagai tahapan permasalahan pengelolaan mengenai anggaran biaya pelaksanaan pekerjaan, sehingga diperlukan adanya suatu rancangan atau perkiraan anggaran biaya pelaksanaan pekerjaan dengan menganalisis biaya konstruksi. Pada saat ini, umumnya penyedia jasa cenderung tidak seluruhnya menghitung analisis harga satuan berpedoman pada analisis SNI melainkan didasarkan pada analisis sendiri atau pengalaman terdahulu dalam menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan konstruksi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka diperlukan adanya perbandingan analisis harga satuan pekerjaan antara metode SNI dan Lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui harga satuan pekerjaan dilapangan serta mengetahui perbandingan selisih harga metode SNI 2013 dan Lapangan. Hasil dari analisis ini didapatkan harga SNI 2013 sebesar Rp368.900.072,55 dan harga lapangan sebesar Rp269.231.757,5. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis kedua metode tersebut maka diketahui selisih harga perbandingan sebesar Rp99.668.315,02. In construction management, there are various stages of management problems regarding the budget for the implementation of the work, so it is necessary to have a design or estimate the cost of carrying out the work by analyzing construction costs. At this time, generally service providers tend not to all of them calculate the unit price analysis based on the SNI analysis rather it is based on one's own analysis or previous experience in complete a construction work. Based on this, it is necessary there is a comparison of work unit price analysis between the SNI method and the Field. This study aims to determine the unit price of work in the field as well as knowing the comparison of the price difference between the 2013 SNI method and Field. The results of this analysis are obtained the price of SNI 2013 is Rp368.900.072,55 and the field price is Rp269.231.757,5. Based on the results of the analysis of the two methods, it is known that the difference in the comparison price is Rp99.668.315,02.
