Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to find efforts to improve teacher performance by designing action plans against weak indicators of the SITOREM analysis results on visionary
leadership variables, learner's organizations, and adversity intelligence. The study uses the correlational method to determine whether the variables in the research have priority and improvement recommendations that need to be done.
The population of this research is all teachers in the status of civil servants in state middle school in Tangerang Selatan district. The Proportional Random Sampling technique and
Slovin formulas are used to determine the number of samples (252 teachers). The results showed that all variables had a significant positive relationship with the teacher's
performance, the order is based on the strength of the relationship as follows: The learning organization (ry2 = 0.709), visionary leadership (ry1 = 0.547) and adversity intelligence (ry3= 0.514). The results of the SITOREM analysis indicate that the teacher performance components, visionary leadership, the learner?s organization, and the adversity intelligence that still require improvement are: 1) formulating organizational vision and resolving issue, 2) reacting appropriately over any threat & opportunity, 3) having a broad insight, 4) Endurance, 5) achievement. The suggestion that can be proposed for teachers and principals is to maintain the indicators that have good enough value.
