Abstract :
In the context of today's globalization, business competition between companies is getting bigger and bigger. In order to compete today, companies must complete their information technology infrastructure properly. High-level management or directors as decision makers need something that can encourage the system to be able to compete with other companies, companies need knowledge of information technology in order to support companies to predict the future and help the whole system to improve services. One of the information facilities that can be used to support decision-making activities is the application of business intelligence (BI), the ability of this application to collect and process data into information which is then collected into knowledge and can end with action on the right decision.
