Abstract :
In this era of development, technology has become one of the needs of society. According to Meriam Webster, technology is the practical application of knowledge, especially in a particular field, using ways to complete tasks, especially by using technical processes, methods, or knowledge. as well as specific aspects of the exclusive line of business. Until now many companies that use or utilize technology as a means of their business, of course, in order to reach more users from various regions. Because in fact, technology facilitates the reach and facilitates various processes that exist in everyday life. To support and maximize the technology used in a company, it also takes efforts to monitor IT infrastructure in a company to supervise, check whether the service is running well, and can provide solutions quickly in case of things that require immediate completion. By optimizing this monitoring process, it is expected that business needs related to this technology can run smoothly without obstacles and can be completed immediately if they experience some technical obstacles that require immediate repair.
