Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of accounting information systems, employee performance and work satisfaction on managerial performance. This study uses primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to food sector in the south tangerang area. Sampling using purposive sampling. Respondents consisted of 52 samples. Analysis of the data used with the SPSS 25 statistical system. The results of this study show that the Accounting Information System has an effect on managerial performance, employee performance no effect on managerial performance, work satisfaction has an effect on managerial performance, and Accounting Information Systems, employee performance and work satisfaction simultaneously have an effect on managerial performance.
