Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to analyze the Budgeting Planning Strategy and financial performance to Achieve Organizational Vision and Mission. SWOT analysis to produce a good strategy for use by the Regional Government Office. The higher a plan, the better the budget can be realized. The sample used in this study is the Apparatus of the Department of Housing, Settlement Areas, and Land in Bogor District Government. The data used are Primary Data with Questionnaires, interviews, and Secondary Data in the form of Financial Statements. The method used in research analysis is the method of Financial Ratio analysis and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the strategy that could be used was the strengthening of local government regulatory policies. Keywords: Budgeting Planning, Financial Ratios, SWOT
