Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance, organizational culture, and management control systems on service performance. The population in this study are employees who work in type B hospitals in the city of South Tangerang. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The number of samples will be chosen using the purpose sampling method totaling 60 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that partially and simultaneously good corporate governance, organizational culture, and management control systems had a significantly positive effect on service performance Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Organizational Culture, Management Control System, Service Performance
