Selama melaksanakan Kerja Profesi di PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk, praktikan bekerja di bawah pengawasan serta bimbingan Divisi Human Resources and development. Dalam kerja profesi praktikan berkesempatan untuk turut berpartisipasi dan terlibat langsung dalam aktifitas HRD PT Hero Supermarket Tbk dengan melakukan interaksi secara langsung dengan karyawan maupun calon karyawan serta melakukan tugas-tugas keseharian HRD PT Hero Supermarket Tbk Aktifitas dan tanggung jawab divisi HRD pada PT.
